James Denena

EVP, Chief Financial Officer

James leads the finance organizations at Trellix and Skyhigh Security, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, global compliance, tax, treasury, and investor relations. As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer he brings extensive financial, operational, and strategic experience at both public and private companies to drive growth, scale, and transformation. Prior to joining Skyhigh Security and then Trellix, he was CFO at Snow Software, where he drove efficiencies throughout the business to achieve significant growth and improved profitability. James has led multiple equity and debt capital raises and completed more than twenty M&A transactions. He has held other senior positions at leading technology companies, including Applied Materials and PROS.

James holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
