Zachary Nelson
Chief Human Resources Officer
Zachary Nelson is Chief Human Resources Officer at Trellix, where he leads global HR functions with a focus on aligning talent strategy with business performance.
Zachary brings over 20 years of experience leading global HR functions across technology and software enterprises, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at CAI Software. Prior to CAI Software, he was Vice President, Human Resources, at IDEXX Laboratories, a veterinary diagnostics and software company, and has previously held senior HR leadership roles in Insurance, Financial Services, and Healthcare sectors. He is also a board member of “A Company of Girls,” a nonprofit after-school organization that strengthens and empowers girls, their families, and the community through the arts.
Zachary holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Arts from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
