Your Data Request

Submission Process

  1. This form is submitted directly to the Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team.
  2. You will receive an automated email requesting your confirmation with your request number.
  3. Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team will send a validation email to you to confirm the request submission.
  4. Be sure to confirm the request by responding back to the Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team email confirming your request number.
  5. The Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team will authenticate your identity and respond in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Please provide data subject First Name.
Please provide data subject Last Name.
Please provide valid data subject Email Address.
Please provide Representative First Name.

Attach the document granting you authority to act on behalf of the Data Subject.

Submission Process:

  1. This form will be sent directly to the Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team.
  2. To process this request, you, as an authorized representative, will receive an email requiring confirmation of this submission.
  3. Additionally, to validate the legitimacy of your organization's request, an email will be sent to your organization's data privacy group, also requiring confirmation. NOTE: Both confirmations are mandatory for the successful processing of the request.
  4. The Trellix Data Subject Request Operations Team will conduct an investigation and respond in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  5. If you would like to request a data destruction certification or attestation, please contact your Trellix product support representative or open a support case via the Thrive Portal.
