Once you're registration is approved you will receive the link to the booking page to reserve your room at the special price.

Booking policy:
Rooms will be charged at the time of reservation and are non-refundable.
The total price must be prepaid with a credit card once the booking process is complete. Your reservation cannot be canceled or modified free of charge. Cancellation, modification or non-arrival fee is equal to 100% of your stay.
