Trellix Product Downloads now offers a smarter download experience. Your product entitlements are imported with your Thrive User profile. Your Thrive User profile is linked to its associated Trellix account(s). Your User profile will now have access to all products associated with your active grants. In addition Security updates for .DAT files and Security Content files are also available.

To Login, click on the Login button below and use your Trellix user id and password to Login to the system. If you're already logged in into the support portal (Trellix Support), you will be automatically authenticated and routed to the downloads page.

If you are not a Thrive Portal User or do not have download permissions, please speak to your company administrator to resolve this. Until then you can continue to download products using your grant#/Email Id here or click on the "Login with Grant" above.

By logging in to access the download site and downloading, installing, and/or using the Trellix products, you agree on behalf of your company or organization to the Trellix Terms that apply to your Trellix products. “Trellix Terms” means: Trellix End User License Agreement, which applies to Trellix software, Trellix software (excluding firmware) that is pre-loaded, pre-installed or downloaded onto hardware, and Trellix software that is part of a hybrid offering including cloud services and software; and the Trellix Cloud Services Agreement, which applies to Trellix cloud services and to Trellix cloud services that are part of a hybrid offering including cloud services and software.
